The De La Tierra cooking school is currently relocating. From early 2011 we will be working with some of Australia's leading cooking schools to provide classes in both traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Dates are currently being confirmed in Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra with more cities to be announced.
